Website and project engagement terms
Website descriptions are general information. The written scope for a specific project controls what is delivered.
Project scope
Features, timelines, acceptance criteria, payment terms, intellectual-property terms, support, hosting, and third-party costs should be defined in the applicable proposal or Statement of Work before delivery begins.
Estimates
Website estimators and price ranges are indicative only. A final quote depends on confirmed requirements, integrations, data, deployment environment, and acceptance criteria.
Trading software
Trading tools and automation are software-development services, not a guarantee of profit, win rate, investment return, or future market performance. Backtests and historical results do not ensure future results.
Third-party platforms
Projects may depend on external APIs, brokers, cloud providers, messaging platforms, payment processors, app stores, or other services. Availability, pricing, policies, and access for those services can change independently.
Intellectual property
Ownership and license terms are defined per project in writing. Do not assume a particular transfer or license arrangement unless it is included in the agreed project documents.
